The Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Driver's Privacy Protection Act place certain restrictions on Driving Records as well as other consumer reports due to privacy reasons. Both require a permissible purpose before ordering reports. The FCRA places further restrictions on the use of reports when they are used for employment purposes.

Florida MVR Services, Inc. requires a signed Subscription Agreement to qualify to order reports from our website. You must certify that you have read, understand and will abide by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act as well as other federal and state laws.

You pay for reports using a pre-paid account system. You must fund your account initally with a minimum of $50.00. This will be deposited in a non-interest bearing account, and the cost for each report ordered will automatically be deducted from your account. You can view your balance at anytime and replenish it as needed. We also require a one-time, non refundable Account Activation Fee of $50.00 to be paid along with your initial account funding.
