valid driver license number.
Other States
Driving Records from states other than Florida are available only to employers screening their own employees or applicants, or to insurance companies or insurance agencies screening applicants. Fees vary by state - Each state has
it's own fees and input requirements.
Several States require name and
date-of-birth in addition to the
license number for the request.
