We obtain your personal driving record directly from Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) and deliver it on the State’s standard record form. It can show your driving history — things like your license status, tickets, points, and suspensions.

You can place your order online in just a few minutes. You register with your email, upload a photo of your ID, take a quick selfie, and sign your authorization right on the screen. • You will need a government photo ID to upload and a selfie during ordering (a webcam if you are on a computer).
• The total is $30: a $26 record fee plus a $4 processing fee. If we cannot verify your information or FLHSMV cannot return your record, we refund the $26 record fee.
• Our records are not certified. If you need a certified record, order it from FLHSMV.
• If you do not know your license number, you can order with your name and date of birth.

Common questions

Can I order only my own Florida driving record?

Yes. This service is only for ordering your own Florida driving record. We confirm identity with your photo ID, a selfie, and a match to the FLHSMV record.

How much does a personal Florida driving record cost?

Every record type (3-year, 7-year, or complete) is a flat $30: a $26 record fee plus a $4 processing fee. If we cannot verify your information or FLHSMV cannot return your record, we refund the $26 record fee.

Are these records certified?

No. Our records are not certified. If you need a certified record, order it from FLHSMV.

What if I do not know my license number?

You can order with your name and date of birth if you do not know your license number.

Florida MVR Services, Inc. is a private company, authorized by FLHSMV as a network provider. We are not a government office. Your record comes straight from FLHSMV, exactly as they have it — we do not change it and cannot correct it. If something on your record looks wrong, contact FLHSMV directly to dispute it. You are always free to order from FLHSMV or another provider.
