Florida MVR Services, Inc. collects personally identifiable information from you to order and process your driving record. The information is treated as confidential information. Your information is never disclosed to any third party except as required by law. In accordance with the credit card industry standards only the last five digits of your credit card number is retained.

Internet Logging

All submission of information to our website and all retrieval of reports from our website is accomplished with a secure web connection (HTTPS). All access of secure and unsecure parts of our site are logged and regulary examined for any improprieties.

Physical Access

Our servers are located in the Amazon Cloud with access restricted to authorized personnel only.  All data leaving our premises for offsite backup and disaster recovery is encrypted with a 256-bit cipher. All media and paper documents are handled according to a strict security policy.

Internet Access

Our network is protected with a hardware firewall, and is tested periodically by an independent internet security company which employs a Certified Internet Security Manager (CISM). The duties of the CISM include performing security checks and suggesting changes to make in hardware and software to insure continued security for our network.

Third Parties

Florida MVR Services, Inc. provides reports only to it's customers. No disclosure is made to any other third party except as required by law or court order.
